=Leaders and Politics=
Sector Leader:
In order for a Sector to work as a unified whole it needs a leader.
Kingdoms in the sector decide who is the leader. When one runs for
Sector
Leader they usually run campaigns in the forums and send direct personal
messages but other methods have been used succesfull. The Sector Leader gets to
moderate the sector forums, gains a +10% military effectiveness bonus
for terrorist offence and defence, has the ability to change the Sector
Name,
and sets the V
SL who gets a +5%
attack/defence bonus
. As a sector leader, you can change the sector picture
from a drop-down list.
Voting for a Sector Leader:
To vote for a Leader select the name of the kingdom you wish to be
leader
in the pull down menu, then click on vote. This will add + 1 to whoever
your voting for. The kingdom with the most votes automatically becomes
Sector Leader.
Voting for Commander:
Only sector leaders can vote for a commander or be voted in as a
commander.
Select the name of the kingdom you wish to be leader in the pull down
menu, then click on vote. This will add + 1 to whoever your voting for.
The kingdom with the most votes automatically becomes Country
Commander.
Sector Leader Tools:
If you are sector leader, in addition to having military advantages,
you will also have 2 additional options. The first option will be to
choose a name for your sector. Simply type in the name you wish the
sector to be called and click Change Name. The sector name will then
be changed. If you wish to change it again, you can return to this menu
at any time, and change it whenever you like.
Your last option as state leader is to choice your vice-state leader
who will help moderate the forums for you. The V
CL can delete threads
from the state forums that are inactive and of no use; they also get
a 5% defence bonus against attacks. The advantage about being the
V
SL
is you are unknown to everyone outside the state.
Commander tools:
If you are the Country commander you have many options and jobs to
undertake.
It is highly recommended that only experienced players and players that
are active run for Country commander.
Once your Country commander, your first task will be to set your
leadership
partners. There are 5 positions that you will need to assign to anyone
in the Country. So pick your leaders well.
As Commander you will also have many options in the Treasury under
command
options. For information on these tools, see that page.
